Our Process

1  ALIGNMENT

We begin by getting to know you. Tell us your goals, your vision, you dreams and what you hope your guests will experience at the event. Understanding why you’re gathering shapes everything that follows.

2  IDEATION

We step back and dream up the story behind your celebration. This is where the yin-yang magic of Mollie and Sara takes over. It's a fun process of ideas bouncing, evolving, and growing into a clear creative vision. Once you're onboard with the vision, we begin research.

3  RESEARCH

Next we explore how to bring the creative vision to life. From sourcing incredible makers and vendors to aligning with your budget, we map out the experiences and details that will make the celebration feel uniquely yours.

4  DESIGN

Here the story becomes visual. From invitations and menus to the full atmosphere of the event, we create custom design elements that weave together into a cohesive, living identity for your celebration. We promise to work collaboratively with you to ensure you love every detail.

5  PLANNING
